New employee data collection form
The form is used to collect all personal details of new staff members. The form, once approved as per a pre defined process, will then update the various line of business applications. For example payroll, HR, IT registers.
Confirm IT access details for new employees
Once a new employee's details are entered and approved the various LOB systems and departments can be notified and actions initiated. For example in this form the IT department confirms an official email address and network name. The IT department will be notified if they need to proceed with remote home access, remote access business, permanent internet connection or notebook mobile internet access. In this way the onboarding of a new employee is made as effective as possible, everytime, whilst maintain full visibility of all the process steps.

Vehicle return form
This form is part of a vehicle booking and return process. The users can interact via a calendar, browser, SharePoint or Outlook. Once booked in, the next step in the process is for the depot team to inspect and record any damages, if any. This new process eliminates paper and email trails and keeps a control over a costly asset class.
Home page showing process KPIs
This screen displays KPI measures for a process manager. The KPI's give a concise view of effort, duration, process usage etc. The dashboard content can be amended by the user. An authorised user can also create new tabs that can display further relevant KPI's.
Home page with question searching
This home page has be established to provide you, the user, the focus on what your outstanding tasks are, the status of your processes and your levels of activity. What is also interesting in this screen is the ability to drill to answers via the 'questioning' option. These can be automatically selected for your page. This feature gives the user a powerful ability to only have those measures that are relevant.
Outlook processing new employee
The majority of the deployments of processes are via browsers. The FlowCentric user interface can be via browser, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, Vista gadgets, and wireless devices. This screen is showing the look and feel of the organisation's processes and task lists that can all be accessed from within Microsoft Outlook.
Outlook processing new expense claim
This is the first step of an employee expense claim. There are a number of features that are noteworthy. The expense claim be made by a person other than the claimant, e.g. a secretary. The form also allows the user of expense templates, ability to attached scanned copies of receipts. In this screen the form is set for Australian tax but can be easily reset for other tax jurisdictions.
Outlook to do list
This clearly presents the users 'myAction list ' for Human Resources.
Browser calendar page for vehicle booking
Often the process kickoff page is a browser. This process starts with a calendar which brings relevancy to the user's initial decisions and options. The user need only right click on the required date and the process starts for that asset at that date. The calendar view also gives a summary of the different assets and availability status. From a change management perspective this process was quickly adopted across the organisation. A win win for any organisation whose objective is to lock in each continual improvement.
Browser imported credit card awaiting allocation
Corporate credit card processing can be a bothersome task because of the need to get all holders to allocate transactions in the hope that this is done before due date for payment. This process has a number of interesting features:- Imports the bank files from the card holder for users.
- Users are able to scan and attach credit card receipts.
- By hiding allocated lines the user only has to deal with the outstanding unallocated lines.
- To avoid posting the long and often meaningless statement description there are business rules that will create an intelligent summarised description.
- This example has been established for Australian tax. The tax jurisdiction can be easily changed.
- At any time any authorised user is able to track the status of the credit card process and points of delay.
